Maintenance ended

We’re rolling out team workspaces in Trails today (Sep 25), and we wanted to give you a heads-up about a few changes that may affect you.

As part of the rollout, you may experience temporary platform instability between 8:00–noon Pacific Time today (Sep 25). During this window, Trails may be intermittently unavailable or some functionality may not work as expected. We will have in-app and in-extension messaging during this time as well to keep you informed.

If you use the Trails desktop app, you’ll also need to upgrade to the latest version of the desktop app (v0.0.16) to continue capturing SOPs and workflows. Older versions of the desktop app will no longer support capturing after this update.

Upgrading is quick:
Uninstall your current version of the Trails desktop app.
Visit https://trails.so/desktop to download and install the latest version.

If you don’t use the desktop app, there’s nothing you need to do.
